CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
IFHE-EU congress 2015 is organised by the Association of Finnish Hospital Engineering (AFHE) 2nd to 5th of June 2015 in Turku Finland. The European congress and Finnish national congress will be held together in actual topics. The theme is “How to use technology and innovations to increase productivity and quality?”
The delegates can choose the most interesting presentations among three parallel sessions. Two of the sessions will be held in English and one in Finnish. The topics deal with processes, economy, technology, architecture, medical engineering, communication, security and environment issues.
To deliver knowledge and experience for everyone`s use, we kindly ask you to deliver your abstracts for making a good congress program. Visit our congress web-site www.eche2015.fi to give your abstract ( Link to the submission system). Before you can give your abstract you must make your registration on the system. After registration on the system you will get more information via email how to give your abstract via the system. Abstracts can contain only text not pictures.
In the list attached you can see the topics on which we, as an organizer, hope to have presentations. You can slightly change the topic on the list to make it respond better to your thoughts. Of course, you can choose a subject of your own too.
Please send abstracts via email until the 11th of January of 2015 to the address:
Presentations are not allowed to be held from business marketing viewpoint.
The abstracts that will be accepted to the final congress program will be chosen by the scientific committee and the speakers will be informed by the 31st of January 2015.
All the presentations that will be held in the congress has to be sent to the e-mail address above latest on the 31st of March 2015.
Please note that the length of one presentation should not exceed 25 minutes. In addition to that, 5 minutes will be reserved for questions.
AFHE will reduce the price of registration fee 50% for speakers whose presentations are accepted to the final program.
